The TPR 9 combines a full-size footprint with a DA/SA, spurred-hammer system and an ambidextrous manual safety and decocker. It also incorporates the Bersa Integral Locking System (ILS) for storage security. The left-side magazine release supports fast reloads, and an extended slide stop lever aids manipulation.
The alloy frame keeps weight balanced while maintaining durability. Textured black polymer grips with the BERSA logo provide a confident hold. The pistol wears a uniform black finish with a matte black slide.
The slide is configured for practical handling, with front and rear cocking serrations, an external ejection port, and a loaded-chamber witness hole. Sight regulation and upgrades are straightforward thanks to SIG-pattern dovetails front and rear with a clean 3-dot setup and interchangeable dovetails.
