The MC9’s steel slide wears a matte-black finish with front and rear serrations and an integral optics cut that allows direct mounting of micro red-dot footprints while retaining a co-witness sight picture with the white-dot front and serrated rear iron sights.
A 3.18 in match-grade, nitride-treated barrel provides reliable accuracy and corrosion resistance, paired with Canik’s flat-faced trigger that offers a short, tactile reset for fast follow-up shots.
Controls are carry-friendly: a reversible magazine release and ambidextrous slide-stop lever support right- or left-handed shooters, and a trigger safety provides passive protection without adding external levers.
Despite its micro size, the METE MC9 ships with 15-round and 12-round double-stack magazines for class-leading capacity. A three-slot Picatinny rail ahead of the trigger guard accommodates compact weapon lights or lasers.
