The Q Sugar Weasel in .300 AAC Blackout combines a compact 7-inch barrel, a lightweight build around 4.7 lb, and Q's taper-mount Cherry Bomb muzzle brake. It features an adjustable gas block for tuning .300 BLK loads, a free-float M-LOK handguard with a full-length top rail, and a slick-side upper. The gray SBA3 adjustable brace and ambidextrous extended-latch charging handle round out a well-thought-out AR-format pistol made in the United States.

This Sugar Weasel is built on the AR-15 platform with a semi-automatic, direct-impingement system and a pistol-length gas setup featuring an adjustable gas block. The 7-inch barrel is threaded 5/8x24 with a tapered shoulder and comes fitted with Q's Cherry Bomb taper-mount muzzle brake featuring a 25-degree taper.
The upper is a slick-side design (no forward assist) with a brass deflector and an ejection port cover. A free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard of approximately 6 inches provides mounting flexibility and includes a full-length top Picatinny rail.
Controls and user interface include a standard magazine release, a manual safety selector, and a curved trigger. An ambidextrous charging handle with an extended latch improves access around the brace and handguard.
The lower uses a carbine-length, 6-position receiver extension paired with a gray SBA3 adjustable brace with a hook-and-loop strap. Receivers are aluminum with a clear anodized/tan finish, and markings indicate Dover, NH. Overall length is approximately 22.25 to 25 inches, and weight is about 4.7 lb.
