The rifle is import-marked by Arsenal Las Vegas and comes in very good condition with an excellent bore.

The SAM7R uses a milled receiver with a Type 3-style right-side lightening cut. It is chambered in 7.62x39 and operates via a long-stroke gas piston with a rotating bolt. The rifle carries an Arsenal Las Vegas NV U.S.A. import mark and follows the familiar AK-47 platform.
The 16.3 in barrel is cold hammer-forged and chrome-lined for durability and ease of maintenance. The muzzle is threaded 14x1 mm LH, and the rifle is built with a 90-degree gas block.
Sighting is handled by a hooded front post and a tangent rear sight leaf. A left-side AK-pattern optics rail is mounted on the receiver. Controls include a manual safety selector.
