The Ronin’s forged construction stands out. The slide is forged carbon steel finished in a deep blued treatment and cut with forward and rear serrations. The frame is forged stainless with a satin finish, combining strength with a classic two-tone look. A lowered and flared ejection port supports reliable extraction.
At its core is a 5 in. forged stainless, match-grade barrel with a traditional bushing, supported by a GI-style recoil system and a checkered recoil plug face. The 10mm chambering offers a 7+1 capacity, and the pistol uses a 1:16 twist rate for stability with typical 10mm bullet weights.
Sight alignment is fast and clear thanks to a red fiber-optic front paired with a Tactical Rack white-dot rear. Controls include an extended single-sided thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety with a memory bump for consistent engagement. The mainspring housing is flat and checkered, the front strap is smooth, and the magazine well is beveled to aid reloads. A checkered magazine release enhances purchase.
The trigger system is Springfield Armory’s skeletonized three-hole Gen 2 Speed Trigger working with a skeletonized commander-style hammer for a crisp, familiar 1911 feel.
