This rifle is built on a ZEV AR-15 pattern with a billet-style lower that integrates a trigger guard, adds relief cuts, and features a flared magwell. Receiver markings read: ZEV TECHNOLOGIES, INC., CENTRALIA WA, USA; CAL: MULTI; MOD: ZEV-BL. A forward assist and ejection-port cover are present, and a carbine receiver extension is installed.
The 16-inch barrel is threaded and capped with a 3-prong flash hider. A low-profile gas block sits under the Troy free-float quad-rail, which provides a continuous, T-marked top Picatinny for accessory mounting. The handguard is aluminum and ships with Troy FDE rail cover panels installed.
Controls and furniture are thoughtfully selected: a Magpul ACS adjustable stock (FDE) with an 11.5-inch length of pull, a Magpul FDE pistol grip, and a vertical foregrip with an integrated bipod (Grip Pod-style) in matching FDE. The uniform FDE finish extends across the receivers, handguard, stock, grip, and foregrip-bipod for a cohesive look.
A FailZero nickel-boron bolt carrier group, marked accordingly, provides a slick, durable operating surface. The rifle is chambered in 6.8 SPC II with a 30+1 capacity and includes two USGI-style 30-round metal magazines. No iron sights or optics are installed. Made in the USA.
