This Hi-Point Model 995 TS 9mm carbine stands out with its 16.5" threaded barrel (1/2x28), adjustable iron sights, and a camouflage TS polymer stock featuring integrated rails and a recoil buffer. Built in the United States, this straight-blowback, semi-automatic carbine features a last-round hold-open and is rated for +P ammunition. The package combines the factory TS configuration with a quality red dot and a complete bullpup conversion option, giving the buyer flexible setup choices right out of the box.

The TS polymer stock uses a skeletonized butt with a recoil buffer and integrates top and bottom accessory rails along with a separate polymer sight/rail bridge. The factory adjustable sights include a front post and a rear peep with a yellow-marked elevation ladder for precise adjustment.
The 16.5" barrel is threaded 1/2x28, and the receiver is steel with a camouflage finish to match the TS stock. The action is straight blowback and semi-automatic, with a last-round hold-open and a manual thumb safety. The carbine is +P rated.
Factory overall length is about 31" and weight is about 6.25 lb. The included High Tower Armory MBS 95 bullpup chassis, when installed, reduces overall length by roughly 5 inches to about 26.25" and provides a full-length 12 o'clock rail plus a short 6 o'clock rail.
A TRUGLO compact tube-style red dot sight is included for fast sighting, and three 10-round magazines are provided. Additional accessories in the box include a detachable vertical foregrip, a clamp-on Picatinny rail section, and a clamp-on barrel band for flexible setup.
