The Element M3 build centers on a 22 inch carbon-fiber wrapped barrel made from 416R stainless steel. It is factory threaded 5/8x24 and ships with a multi-port muzzle brake installed, offering immediate compatibility with standard 7mm PRC muzzle devices.
The Havak action uses a three-lug bolt with a short 60-degree throw for swift cycling. A sliding extractor with dual ejectors and a toolless, removable bolt head simplify maintenance and part swaps. Seekins' patent-pending Quick-Change Barrel Collar is engineered for efficient barrel changes within the M3 system.
The stock is a carbon-composite unit in green/tan/black Shadow camo with an adjustable cheek riser, mini-chassis bedding, M-LOK slots, a rubber recoil pad, and a front sling stud/cup. Length of pull is 13.0 inches. The receiver is an aluminum/steel hybrid with a black anodized finish.
Optics mounting is straightforward via the integral 20-MOA Picatinny rail with a built-in bubble level.
