It sports a phosphated 18.5" steel barrel with a fixed Modified (M) choke and is chambered for 2 3/4" or 3" shells. A factory U.S. flag emblem is engraved on the right side of the matte black aluminum receiver, with Italian proof marks and Benelli U.S.A.

The M1014 uses Benelli's A.R.G.O. short-stroke dual-piston gas system with a rotating bolt head, designed for consistent cycling with a wide range of loads. A cylindrical, grooved charging handle provides a positive grasp.
The 18.5" steel barrel has a durable phosphated finish and a fixed Modified (M) choke, denoted by *** on the barrel. It is marked for 12 GA 3" (76 mm) and accepts both 2 3/4" and 3" shells, offering flexible 2 3/4" or 3" chambering.
Sighting is handled by a fully protected front post and an LPA Italy-marked ghost-ring rear sight. An integral Picatinny top rail is machined into the receiver for mounting compatible optics or accessories.
The stock is a collapsible, skeletonized polymer unit with a pistol grip and a 13.25" length of pull, paired with a ribbed polymer fore-end for a solid hold. The full-length magazine tube offers a 5+1 capacity and includes a barrel/mag clamp with a front sling loop.
The matte gray/black finish is complemented by a matte black aluminum receiver carrying a factory U.S. flag emblem on the right side. Italian proof marks appear on the receiver and bolt, with a BENELLI U.S.A. CORP – ACCOKEEK MD – MADE IN ITALY import mark. Receiver markings read "12GA.
