What’s Included
- Marlin Model 336C .35 Rem lever-action rifle
- Installed one-piece receiver rail
The rifle combines a side-eject, solid-top receiver with a 20-inch Micro-Groove barrel for dependable performance in .35 Rem. The carbon steel construction and blued finish pair with a gold-colored trigger and a buttplate embossed with the Marlin horse-and-rider logo for a classic Marlin look.
The walnut stock has a pistol-grip profile, cut checkering, a fluted comb, and sling swivel studs. A tubular magazine provides a 6+1 capacity, and the standard-size lever loop maintains traditional handling. Length of pull is 13.5 inches.
Sights include a ramped front sight base (no hood) and an adjustable rear leaf sight with a stepped elevator. The cross-bolt safety adds a familiar control to the 336C platform. The receiver is drilled and tapped, and a one-piece rail is installed for mounting as configured.
Ilion, New York rollmarks and an MR-prefix serial indicate Remington/Ilion-era production. The rifle retains hallmark 336C features such as side ejection, a forward barrel/magazine band, and blued carbon steel components, with .35 Rem chambering that is no longer cataloged in this configuration.
