This example features a 4" carbon-steel threaded barrel with factory adapter, an alloy slide with black hard-coat anodized finish, a black polymer frame, and fully adjustable green fiber-optic sights. Ambidextrous controls and interchangeable trigger shoes round out a well-equipped rimfire introduced by SIG in 2022.

The P322 uses a straight blowback, single-action system with an internal hammer, giving this rimfire a familiar trigger feel in a lightweight package. The slide is alloy with front and rear serrations and a durable black hard-coat anodized finish, paired to a black polymer frame with molded stipple texture for secure purchase.
Controls are left- and right-hand friendly. It includes an ambidextrous manual safety, an ambidextrous slide catch, and a reversible magazine release. The trigger comes with a flat-faced shoe installed, and an additional curved shoe is included to tailor reach and feel.
Its 4" carbon-steel barrel is threaded, and this pistol comes with the factory threaded barrel adapter. Sighting is fast and precise thanks to the green fiber-optic front and a fully adjustable green fiber-optic rear. A 3-slot M1913/Picatinny accessory rail on the dust cover supports common rail-mounted accessories.
Capacity is 10+1 rounds of .22 LR, and this example includes two factory 10-round magazines. The pistol is marked "NEWINGTON, NH USA," reflecting SIG Sauer manufacturing at the Newington facility and the platform's 2022 introduction.
