This Smith & Wesson Performance Center M&P9 M2.0 Metal Carry Comp (SKU 13987) is a full-size, aluminum-alloy M&P Metal variant built around a ported, PowerPort stainless barrel and a ported slide with ClearSight optics cut. It combines a flat-faced Performance Center tuned trigger, robust Armornite finishes, and high-capacity magazines in a recent Performance Center release. Please Note cover plate not included.

The Metal Carry Comp configuration centers on a 4.22 in stainless steel barrel with a 1:10 twist, PowerPort gas system, and matched slide porting with a top relief window. The Armornite-treated barrel and slide provide a durable finish, while aggressive front and rear serrations aid manipulation. The ClearSight optics cut is machined into the slide, and the cover plate is not installed. Please Note cover plate not included.
Sight picture comes from a tritium night front sight marked NF H3 paired with a blacked-out, serrated square-notch rear. The Performance Center flat-faced, hinged trigger is tuned for a clean break. Controls include bilateral slide stop levers and a left-side magazine release. This pistol is configured without a manual thumb safety.
The aluminum-alloy M&P Metal frame delivers a full-size M2.0 grip with interchangeable palmswell inserts for fitment, plus a 3-slot accessory rail. An aftermarket flared magazine well funnel is installed to speed magazine changes.
Capacity is 22+1 with the included high-capacity magazines. Three magazines are fitted with extended base pads, and the lot includes one low-profile 19-round magazine; OEM springs and baseplates are provided separately. The pistol’s serial number on the frame matches the Performance Center case label. Made in the USA.
