It includes a two-barrel set with a 26 inch vent-rib, ported, smoothbore field barrel and a separate 24 inch ported slug barrel with fiber-optic rifle sights. It is chambered for 2 3/4, 3, and 3 1/2 inch shells and features a Tasco scope mounted on a Weaver-style base, plus an aftermarket Knoxx collapsible pistol-grip stock.

The two-barrel configuration is the core of this setup. The 26 inch vent-rib smoothbore field barrel is ported, overbored to 10-gauge dimensions, and uses the Accu-Mag interchangeable choke system; a knurled choke tube is installed. It is rollmarked "NOT FOR USE WITH SLUGS."
The included slug barrel measures 24 inches, is ported, and wears fiber-optic front and rifle rear sights. It has a camouflage finish and a barrel lug, giving you a dedicated sighted option for slug applications.
The 835 Ulti-Mag action is built around Mossberg’s proven pump design with dual extractors, twin action bars, steel-to-steel lockup, and an anti-jam elevator. The receiver is aluminum alloy with a matte black finish and an ambidextrous tang safety. Capacity is 5+1, and a front sling swivel stud is fitted to the magazine cap.
This example is outfitted with an aftermarket Knoxx collapsible pistol-grip stock for an adjustable length of pull and a ribbed synthetic forend. A Tasco scope is installed on a receiver-mounted Weaver-style base with Weaver rings, complementing the iron-sighted slug barrel option and the bead-sighted vent-rib field barrel.
