This Romanian-built PSL-54C brings the classic designated marksman capabilities of the Dragunov-inspired platform to civilian shooters. Chambered in hard-hitting 7.62x54R and fitted with a factory LPS 4×24 illuminated scope, it delivers proven range performance in a package that stays true to its military heritage.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very Good – shows only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent – clean, mirror finish, sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: Minor scratches and blemishes are present on the metal and wood surfaces. Light rust and pitting are visible in a few small spots but do not affect function.

The PSL-54C is built on a reinforced 1.5 mm stamped receiver with a bulged front trunnion, providing added rigidity for sustained precision fire. Its long-stroke RPK-style gas system ensures reliable cycling with surplus and commercial 7.62x54R alike.
A 24.5" chrome-lined, 1:10-twist barrel delivers excellent bore longevity and accuracy, while the factory-threaded muzzle wears an eight-slot Romanian brake to tame recoil and muzzle rise.
The rifle retains classic wood furniture: a fixed Monte Carlo hardwood stock with 13" length of pull and matching ventilated handguards, paired with a black polymer AK pistol grip for secure handling.
Mounted on the left-side optics rail, the included LPS 4×24 scope provides an illuminated stadiametric reticle and quick-detach claw mount, giving the shooter authentic Soviet-pattern glass and rapid transition to iron sights.
A proprietary 10-round magazine feeds the action, featuring the characteristic embossed “X” reinforcement for durability.
