Built by Umarex in Germany, this TAC R1 22 C combines AR-15 layout with a dedicated .22 LR blowback action. It includes CIP proofing and a clearly marked U.S. importer stamp for easy verification. The aluminum upper and lower receivers provide a solid foundation with familiar AR-style controls.
The 16-inch barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and fitted with an A2-style birdcage flash hider. A 13-inch free-float M-LOK handguard extends the sight radius and offers modern attachment points, while the continuous top Picatinny rail supports accessory mounting. A QD sling socket is integrated into the handguard.
Polymer flip-up front and rear sights come installed. The charging system uses an AR-style T-handle. The bolt locks open on an empty magazine and is released via the charging handle; the bolt-release lever is non-functional on this model, matching typical .22 LR AR-pattern operation.
The stock is a black polymer, 5-position adjustable, collapsible design with a 12.0-inch length of pull. A textured polymer pistol grip enhances control. Safety is handled by a manual selector. Capacity is 10+1, overall length is 35.83 inches, and weight is 89.95 ounces. The rifle wears a uniform black finish.
