The receiver is marked "Browning GTi" in gold with gold border lines, and the bottom metal carries the Browning Buckmark in gold. Proof and inspection stamps "SP" and "NP" are present on the monoblock. The serial date code "NZ" indicates 1991 manufacture, and the gun was produced by Miroku in Japan.
The 28 inch barrels are marked "INVECTOR-PLUS CITORI SPECIAL STEEL 12GA - 2 3/4 in - 28 in" along with "Browning Arms Company Morgan, Utah & Montreal P.Q. / Made in Japan." Both barrels are ported near the muzzles and fitted with a matted ventilated top rib with a small mid-bead and a white front bead, plus ventilated side ribs. The barrels use Invector-Plus screw-in chokes and are set up with CYL chokes.
This GTi features selective automatic ejectors and a single selective inertial gold-tone trigger. The break-action over/under layout is straightforward and built on a steel receiver for durability.
