The Panther Bull 20 configuration centers on a heavy 20 inch stainless steel bull barrel with a 1:9 twist, optimized here with a threaded muzzle and installed multi-port brake. The barrel is clearly marked "DPMS .223 1-9," confirming .223 Remington chambering.
The upper features an A2 carry handle with integral rear aperture and elevation drum, plus brass deflector, dust cover, and forward assist. A clamp-on flip-type front sight provides a straightforward iron-sight setup.
A free-float ribbed aluminum handguard isolates the barrel and includes a sling/bipod stud at 6 o'clock, with another stud under the barrel block for added mounting flexibility. The fixed synthetic thumbhole stock includes an A2 buttplate with trap-door and a rear sling swivel, with a 13.5 inch length of pull.
The forged aluminum lower is rollmarked "D.P.M.S. ST. CLOUD, MN U.S.A." with an F-prefix serial indicating a forged DPMS lower. The rifle runs a direct-impingement, semi-automatic action with a manual safety. Capacity is 10+1 with the included magazine (rifle accepts standard STANAG/AR-15 magazines).
Receiver finish is hard-anodized matte black; overall finish is matte black. Made in the United States.
