The pump-action Model 870 Express Synthetic Tactical is set up with a 3" Chamber and is marked for 12GA. 2 3/4 or 3 in on the barrel. It loads from the bottom and ejects to the right, with a cross-bolt safety and a matte black steel receiver. The trigger guard is polymer.
The 18.5 inch barrel uses a Cyl Choke with a true cylinder bore for versatile shot patterns at close range. Sighting is simple and fast with a single brass bead front sight.
An extended tubular magazine runs to the muzzle and is secured with a barrel/mag clamp. The stated capacity is 6+1 with 2 3/4 inch shells, providing ample onboard rounds in a compact defensive configuration.
