The Model 700 BDL (Custom Deluxe) configuration pairs a blued 22-inch sporter-contour steel barrel with Remington’s long-action .30-06 chambering, providing an internal 4+1 box magazine and a hinged floorplate with release in the trigger guard. The right-hand bolt shows a jeweled finish and a checkered bolt knob for confident manipulation.
The high-gloss walnut stock features a Monte Carlo comb and cheekpiece, fleur-de-lis checkering, a black fore-end tip with a white-line spacer, and a black Remington hard-plastic buttplate with a white-line spacer. Sling swivel studs are installed, and the length of pull measures 13.5 inches.
The barrel is roll-marked "30-06 SPRG." and lists U.S. patent numbers. It has a plain crown and is drilled and tapped for factory open sights, with empty screw holes present. The receiver is drilled and tapped and currently fitted with a one-piece cross-slot scope base and rings. No sights are installed.
Proofs and inspection markings include the REP proof mark on the barrel shank and a barrel date/inspection code on the left barrel shank. This rifle reflects the Model 700 family’s "three rings of steel" receiver system and was made in the United States.
