The USG Ring Sight configuration features the factory 1x ring-sight optic installed, providing the distinct sighting system associated with this series. A short top Picatinny rail segment is integrated with the optic module, as provided from the factory.
The 16 in cold hammer-forged barrel is unported; the muzzle sits inside a perforated outer shroud with a small internal brake/compensator. Combined with the bullpup architecture, the rifle maintains an overall length of approximately 26.23 in while retaining a full-length barrel. Unloaded weight is about 6.28 lb, and the length of pull measures 13.5 in.
Chambered in 5.7x28mm, the PS90 operates via a semi-automatic, straight blowback, closed-bolt system. It feeds from the proprietary top-mounted translucent magazine and ejects downward through the stock. Capacity is 50+1, and a rotary safety sits in the trigger guard. An ambidextrous sling eye is built into the stock.
The synthetic receiver and bullpup thumbhole stock are finished in tan/FDE for a uniform, durable exterior. Markings include Fabrique Nationale Herstal BELGIUM. A barcode/ID label is present on the right rear of the stock shell. This example includes the ringsight installed, with rails present per the factory configuration.
