The Eclipse Custom II is a full-size 1911 in 10mm with a 5-inch stainless bushing barrel and a GI-style short guide rod and plug. It uses an internal extractor and a lowered, flared ejection port. The barrel hood is marked "10MM."
Both the frame and slide are stainless steel with brushed flats and matte charcoal-gray rounds for the classic Eclipse bi-tone look. Front and rear cocking serrations are cut into the slide for straightforward manipulation.
Controls and safeties include a single-action trigger system with Kimber’s Series II firing pin block, an ambidextrous thumb safety, and a beavertail grip safety. The three-hole, skeletonized aluminum trigger and the skeletonized commander-style hammer round out the fire-control setup.
Ergonomics are enhanced by factory 30 LPI checkering on the front strap and mainspring housing, double-diamond checkered grip panels, and a standard beveled magazine well. Sighting is via fixed, low-profile dovetail sights with a single-dot front. Capacity is 7+1, and two 7-round magazines are included. Made in the USA; frame marked "TROY AL USA."
