The PTR-91 GI brings the proven HK-pattern, roller-delayed blowback design to a U.S.-made .308 Win rifle with classic features and durable construction. This GI-series model has an 18 inch tapered, threaded barrel with a birdcage flash hider, a smooth-top receiver without a welded rail, and HK rotary diopter sights. It is finished in parkerized steel with OD green furniture and comes with four magazines and the original case.

This PTR-91 GI uses a stamped-steel HK-pattern receiver with a semi-auto shelf and the hallmark roller-delayed blowback system. The fluted chamber aids extraction, and the left-side charging handle follows the classic pattern for intuitive operation. The SEF-style semi-auto trigger housing uses an S/F selector.
The 18 inch tapered barrel is threaded at the muzzle and fitted with a birdcage flash hider. The parkerized finish provides a uniform, utilitarian exterior suited to hard use.
Sighting is via a hooded front post and a rotary diopter rear drum, offering the familiar HK sight picture. The receiver top is smooth without a welded optics rail and is compatible with HK claw mounts.
Furniture includes an OD green slim, ventilated polymer handguard and a matching fixed OD green buttstock with a sling slot, paired with a black polymer pistol grip. A front sling ring is mounted on the sight tower. Length of pull measures 14.5 inches, and a manual safety is provided.
