This rifle is customized with a Firefield aluminum quad-rail handguard and a low-profile railed gas block with a fixed sling loop. The quad-rail provides extensive rail surface, while the gas block maintains a streamlined front-end profile.
The flat-top, T-marked Picatinny upper receiver includes a forward assist and ejection port cover. Controls are straightforward, with a standard magazine release and a manual safety selector featuring pictogram markings and a left-side lever.
The collapsible, 6-position stock with a rear sling loop and a textured polymer pistol grip support solid handling. The hard-anodized matte black aluminum receivers present clean factory markings: the upper is marked "SIG SAUER SIGM400," and the lower shows "SIG SAUER INC. EXETER-NH-USA." The rifle accepts AR-15/STANAG pattern magazines and has a 30+1 capacity.
