Built on a Colt Cowboy single-action revolver, this tribute model is chambered in .45 Colt with a 5.5-inch barrel and a 6-shot cylinder. It retains the classic single-action-only operation, fixed-blade front sight, and topstrap groove rear sight. The revolver was issued in 2002 as part of the West Point Bicentennial program and is marked as number 52 of 300.
The high-polish nickel finish is complemented by extensive gold inlays. Notable elements include a gold-inlaid West Point crest medallion at the muzzle, a cylinder band bearing DUTY • HONOR • COUNTRY with gold-inlaid cadet figures, and scroll accents with gold motifs across the frame and recoil shield. The backstrap carries a gold-inlaid monument motif, and the hammer, trigger, ejector-rod head, and small parts are gold tone.
