The Superlight Grade VI configuration pairs a straight English-grip walnut stock with a schnabel forearm, fine checkering, and a steel buttplate marked Browning. The long-tang trigger guard and top lever carry matching scroll, complementing the receiver’s coin/silver-nitride finish.
Its Grade VI engraving features full-coverage scroll and gold game-bird motifs on the receiver flanks, plus a gold figure on the bottom. The single selective, gold-colored trigger and ventilated rib with a single front bead round out the classic over/under field layout.
Chambered in 12 gauge with 26 inch steel barrels and 2 3/4 inch chambers, this example uses Browning’s Invector-Plus choke system. The barrels and monoblock show matching assembly numbers, and the top rib provides a clean sighting plane to the front bead.
Manufactured by Miroku in Japan in 1993 (NX code), this F13 variant carries factory markings: "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q. – MADE IN JAPAN, INVECTOR-PLUS CITORI – SPECIAL STEEL 12GA – 2 3/4" – 26". It has a capacity of 2 and a 14.0 inch length of pull.
