The pistol includes three 8-round magazines and its factory case, and the P239 line was discontinued in 2018.

The SAS Gen 2 treatment delivers dehorned, melted edges across the slide and frame to reduce snag points. Low-profile, dovetailed 3-dot sights support a clean sight picture, with a green front dot and two white rear dots for quick alignment.
Its DA/SA action with a decocking lever provides a familiar SIG control layout, paired with an exposed, serrated hammer. The compact 3.6-inch barrel and single-stack design keep the profile slim while maintaining an 8+1 capacity in 9mm Luger.
The slide wears a durable black Nitron finish, while the aluminum alloy frame carries a hard-coat anodized finish. One-piece textured black polymer grips are molded with "P239" for a secure, consistent hold.
Factory markings include "SIG SAUER P239 SAS" on the slide with a right-side "SIG SAUER Custom Shop" banner, and "9mm x 19" on the barrel hood. The case end label shows product code 239-9-SAS2B. This model was made in the USA, and the P239 line was discontinued in 2018.
