This PSA PA-15 stands out as a thoughtfully customized AR-15 platform built around a 20-inch stainless, 1:7-twist 5.56 NATO barrel. A Strike Industries King Comp is pinned and welded at the muzzle, and it is paired with a compatible SI Oppressor blast shield that is included and installed. The rifle features a free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard with a full-length Picatinny top rail, a flat-top A3 upper, and a PA-15 marked lower. Practical upgrades include a fixed Magpul carbine stock with a Strike Industries stock stop, rail covers, a short vertical foregrip, and a metallic gold/bronze trigger shoe.

The 20-inch stainless barrel is stamped "5.56 NATO 1/7" and fitted with a Strike Industries King Comp that is pinned and welded. The included Strike Industries Oppressor blast shield interfaces directly with that compensator, providing a matched muzzle system ready for range use.
The flat-top A3 upper receiver includes a forward assist, shell deflector, and ejection port cover, and mates to a free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard with a full-length Picatinny top rail. A low-profile, set-screw gas block sits under the handguard. M-LOK rail cover panels and a short vertical foregrip are installed for added control and grip.
The PA-15 lower is marked "PA-15 MULTI" with "Palmetto State Armory – West Columbia, SC." Internally, the rifle uses a direct impingement, semi-automatic action with a manual safety and a curved trigger shoe featuring a metallic gold/bronze finish. An A2-style pistol grip and carbine-length receiver extension are installed.
The Magpul carbine stock is currently fixed using a Strike Industries stock stop; the stop can be removed to allow the stock to collapse. Capacity is 10+1, and one 10-round magazine is included. Receivers are aluminum with a hard-anodized finish. Made in the United States.
