The PX4 Storm Full Size uses Beretta's short-recoil, rotating-barrel system paired with a traditional DA/SA, hammer-fired action. The 4 in barrel is marked PB-9x19 on the hood, and the frame is marked PX4 Storm. Capacity is 10+1 with the included magazines.
Controls are well-appointed: ambidextrous, slide-mounted safety/decocker levers with red dot indicators, a reversible magazine release, and an external spur hammer. Internal safety features include a firing pin block and an out-of-battery safety. The right side of the frame is marked "FIRES WITHOUT MAGAZINE."
The slide wears a durable Bruniton finish and has front and rear serrations for confident manipulation. The fiberglass-reinforced polymer frame provides strength with reduced weight, and the interchangeable backstraps and textured grip panels support fit and control. An integral MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail on the dustcover accepts compatible lights or accessories.
Factory sights are 3-dot white with a front blade and rear notch, drift-adjustable for windage. Origin markings read "GARDONE V.T. – MADE IN ITALY" with importer text "BERETTA USA CORP., ACCK MD" and additional "IT22" marking, underscoring Italian manufacture and import provenance.
