The Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Carbine uses a simple blowback, semi-automatic action chambered in 9mm Luger with a 30+1 capacity. This example is the muzzle-brake configuration and retains factory CZ flip-up front and rear sights for a clean, modular setup.
Its 16.2 in cold hammer forged barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and paired with a muzzle brake. Proofed in 2016 per the CIP marks, it is marked Made in Czech Republic and imported by CZ-USA, Kansas City, KS.
Ergonomics are modern and ambidextrous, with a non-reciprocating, swappable charging handle, an ambidextrous thumb safety, and a paddle-style magazine release with a bolt catch. The reach to the trigger is adjustable, and the pistol grip is CZ-USA marked.
The fiber-reinforced polymer receiver and M-LOK handguard keep weight down while offering mounting flexibility. A full-length top Picatinny rail and a bottom accessory rail section come standard. The stock folds to the right to reduce length when stowed.
Unloaded weight is approximately 6.38 lb, with an overall length of about 36 in extended and about 26 in folded. This carbine has matching serials on the receiver and bolt, and the Scorpion EVO 3 S1 model line was discontinued in 2023.
