The Escort PS Turkey Hunter is a gas-operated .410 bore semi-auto built for the turkey woods, finished in Mossy Oak Bottomland and set up with fiber-optic sights and a receiver-top cantilever rail. Its 24 in chrome-lined steel barrel is threaded for interchangeable choke tubes, and this example arrives with no choke installed and 3 in chambering.
Hatsan’s Smart Valve Piston self-regulating gas system is designed to run both 2.75 in and 3 in .410 loads, while the FAST Loading System combines the carrier-latch and bolt release for quick, straightforward operation. The aircraft-grade alloy receiver keeps weight in check, and right-side ejection with a prominent bolt handle makes manipulation simple in the field.
The synthetic stock and forend wear the same Mossy Oak Bottomland camouflage as the receiver and barrel, with molded checkering for grip and a recoil pad. A red fiber-optic front sight pairs with an adjustable fiber-optic rear to line up on a tom’s head in low light. Sling studs front and rear support carry in the field.
The receiver-top cantilever rail accepts Weaver/Picatinny mounts for those who prefer an optic, and the 24 in chrome-lined barrel is threaded for choke tubes. Note: no choke tube is installed. Capacity is configured 2+1 from the factory; the platform supports 4+1 with the plug removed.
