This PSA PA-15 AR-9 carbine pairs a 16-inch, 1:10-twist 9mm barrel with a blowback-operated, slick-side upper. It runs Glock-pattern magazines and includes two factory extended 31-round mags for a 31+1 capacity. A free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard with a continuous Picatinny top rail, installed polymer flip-up sights, and a Magpul adjustable carbine stock round out this U.S.-made, matte black anodized build.

The 16-inch barrel is marked "9MM 1:10 PSA PCC CHAMBER" and is threaded, capped with a linear-style muzzle device. The straight-blowback system uses a slick-side 9mm upper without a forward assist or dust cover, and the bolt is marked "G4-9."
An aluminum free-float M-LOK handguard features short rail sections at the forward 12 and 6 o'clock positions. A continuous Picatinny top rail spans the upper and handguard. Polymer flip-up front and rear sights are installed.
A Glock-pattern magazine well adapter is fitted, and the carbine feeds from Glock-pattern 9mm magazines. Capacity is noted at 31+1, and this rifle includes two Glock factory extended 31-round magazines.
Furniture includes a Magpul telescoping carbine stock and an A2-pattern polymer grip. Controls are familiar, with a standard AR-15 T-handle charging handle, a manual safety, and a standard magazine release. Length of pull is listed at 10.0 inches.
