The Issued Series configuration keeps to the Government-length 5.0 in format with a full-size frame and 7+1 capacity. It features Series 70-type lockwork with no firing-pin block, delivering the traditional single-action, locked-breech operation expected of a GI-pattern 1911.
Construction is centered on a forged carbon-steel slide and frame, both finished in Grey Cerakote for a uniform, service-style appearance. The barrel is forged/machined and button-rifled steel, supporting reliable performance. Approximate unloaded weight is 2 lb 5 oz.
Controls and small parts are true to the A1 pattern: arched mainspring housing, spur hammer, and a short GI trigger, with A1 frame scallops behind the trigger. The slide carries rear vertical serrations only, a GI ejection port (not lowered), and the roll-mark "MODEL 1911A1 U.S. ARMY." Import/proof marking reads "TISAS KNOXVILLE TN."
GI/A1-style fixed sights consist of a narrow blade front and a small square-notch rear. Safety features include a thumb safety and a grip safety. The pistol ships with two 7-round steel single-stack magazines for a standard 7+1 capacity in .45 ACP.
