The V7 Pro’s barrel is 18 inches of 4150 CMV steel, cold hammer forged with a chrome-lined bore, and uses Daniel Defense’s S2W profile. It is threaded 1/2x28 and fitted with the Daniel Defense Muzzle Climb Mitigator Gen II. The 1:7 twist rate offers strong bullet stability, and the rifle-length gas system is set for consistent cycling.
The free-float MFR XS 15.0 M handguard is made from 6061-T6 aluminum and provides M-LOK slots with a continuous T-marked 1913 top rail. This setup offers solid mounting real estate along the top rail while keeping weight down and maintaining barrel independence.
Controls and internals are built for precision and speed: a Geissele Super Dynamic 3-Gun (SD-3G) flat-faced trigger, Daniel Defense GRIP-N-RIP ambidextrous charging handle, and an ambidextrous safety selector. An MP-tested M16-profile BCG with proper staking and an H buffer round out the core operating parts.
The lower receiver features an enhanced flared magwell and a QD socket at the rear. Receivers are 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type III hard-coat anodized black finish. The adjustable stock uses a glass-filled polymer construction with soft-touch overmolding, matched by a Daniel Defense soft-touch overmolded pistol grip.
