This Gen3 Subcompact example remains in excellent condition and comes with three factory magazines, its original hard case, and matching serial numbers on slide, barrel, and frame. Introduced in 1999, the G36 brought Glock’s Safe-Action system to a slimmer, lighter platform designed specifically for concealed carry. Its single-stack magazine keeps the grip narrow while still delivering six rounds of .45 ACP plus one in the chamber.
This Gen3 frame features molded finger grooves for a secure hold and retains the original Glock texture. Unlike later generations, it omits an accessory rail, preserving the pistol’s streamlined profile for comfortable waistband carry.
The slide wears Glock’s durable matte-black finish and sports rear cocking serrations for positive manipulation. Fixed polymer sights pair a white-dot front with a white-outline rear for quick sight alignment.
Internally, the striker-fired Safe-Action trigger system includes a trigger safety and three independent internal safeties. The listed trigger weight is 5.5 lb, offering a consistent pull on every shot. A reversible magazine release allows setup for either hand.
Austrian pentagon proof marks and the Glock “AT” logo confirm its Steyr production heritage. Matching serial numbers on the slide, barrel, and frame underscore its original factory configuration.
