The action is DA/SA with a rotating-barrel, locked-breech system. Controls include an ambidextrous, slide-mounted safety/decocker and a push-button, left-side magazine release. An exposed spur hammer and firing pin block round out the control and safety suite.
Its 3.6-inch cold hammer-forged barrel uses 6-groove right-hand rifling with a 250 mm twist. Sighting is straightforward and durable, with a fixed 3-dot setup: a white dot front blade paired with a fixed notch rear.
Ergonomics and handling are enhanced by black polymer grip panels featuring the Stoeger logo. The pistol accepts standard 15+1 capacity in 9mm Luger and is designed to fire without a magazine installed (no magazine disconnect).
