The OSP slide is cut for optics and uses the Springfield Micro footprint, with a removable cover plate installed when no optic is mounted. The billet-machined steel slide wears a black Melonite finish and adds practical front and rear serrations plus an external extractor for reliable case control.
The 3.7 in hammer-forged steel barrel features a Melonite (QPQ) treatment and a 1:10 twist. A dual captive recoil spring on a full-length guide rod helps manage slide movement in this locked-breech, striker-fired design.
Factory U-Dot sights pair a tritium front with a yellow/green luminescent ring and a black Tactical Rack U-notch rear, offering a fast, high-visibility sight picture. A loaded chamber indicator and a trigger with an integral blade safety round out the user-focused features.
The black polymer frame employs Springfield’s Adaptive Grip Texture for secure purchase and includes a single cross-slot accessory rail on the dustcover for mounting a compatible light. Capacity is 17+1 with the included 17-round magazines, and a 15-round magazine is also provided.
