The USP Tactical V1 uses HK’s DA/SA system with Variant 1 control layout, providing a left-side manual safety and decocker marked S/F. The match trigger includes an adjustable overtravel stop for a cleaner break and faster follow-up shots. An ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release supports quick and consistent reloads.
The 5.09 in extended barrel is threaded M16x1 LH and fitted with an O-ring for enhanced barrel-to-slide lockup. Its polygonal bore is engineered for durability and consistent performance. High-profile target sights include a tall front blade and a tall micrometer-adjustable rear, paired with a 6.73 in sight radius for precise alignment.
The slide is a one-piece machined steel unit with HK’s Hostile Environment nitrocarburized finish. The fiber-reinforced polymer frame incorporates the HK recoil reduction system and a proprietary USP accessory rail.
