Made in Russia by Izhevsk Mechanical Plant (IMEZ) and imported by Big Bear Arms, this IJ70-18A is a commercial/export PM-pattern pistol chambered in 9x18mm Makarov. It features a compact steel build with a blued finish, an adjustable target-style rear sight, and a full-length anti-glare rib on the slide. This example comes with two 8-round steel magazines, both the and the original red bakelite grip, plus the original boxes.

This IJ70-18A is a Russian-made, commercial/export variant of the PM-pattern pistol, marked "Made in RUSSIA by IMEZ" with an import mark from "BIG BEAR ARMS, DALLAS, TX." Model marking "IJ70-18A" and caliber marking "Cal. 9mm Makarov" are present. It retains the traditional single-stack layout with an 8+1 capacity.
The pistol is built on a blued steel frame and slide with a compact profile and a 3.83 in fixed barrel. The slide showcases vertical rear serrations and a full-length anti-glare rib along the top for a clear sighting plane. A ring-spur hammer completes the classic PM-style look.
Operation is DA/SA with a straight blowback system. The slide-mounted safety doubles as a decocker, and the heel-type magazine release reflects the original PM control scheme. Two steel single-stack magazines are included.
Sights are iron, with a fixed blade front integral to the slide and an adjustable target-style rear sight offering windage and elevation adjustments. This configuration is a hallmark of the IJ70 export series and provides fine-tuning at the range.
The installed Pearce rubber wraparound grip adds checkering and palm swells for a secure hold, while the original one-piece red bakelite grip with star emblem is included for those who prefer the traditional pattern.
