Announced in 2025, the Kuna series brings a roller-delayed blowback system to a compact 9mm format with a 30+1 capacity. The FSA configuration is designed around ambidextrous controls with right-side ejection, giving a consistent manual of arms whether shooting right- or left-handed.
The 6 in barrel is cold hammer-forged with a Melonite finish for durability and corrosion resistance. It is threaded 1/2x28 and fitted with a multi-port brake, and uses a 1:10 twist to stabilize common 9mm loads.
A monolithic aluminum upper with an integral M-LOK handguard provides a rigid foundation and accessory mounting at the handguard. A full-length numbered Picatinny top rail runs the length of the upper, and the pistol ships with adjustable hybrid flip-up iron sights featuring spring-loaded front and rear units.
Controls and ergonomics are comprehensive: a forward, reversible, non-reciprocating charging handle; ambidextrous safety selector and magazine release; and a flat aluminum trigger. The lower is glass-filled polymer, the upper is aluminum with a Type III hardcoat anodized finish, and the platform includes a side-folding feature and an AR-pattern grip with Adaptive Grip Texture.
