The P365-XMACRO COMP features an integral compensator, a 3.1 in carbon steel barrel, and a Nitron-finished slide with forward and rear cocking serrations. It uses SIG’s modular P365 fire-control unit and an XMACRO-length grip module that feeds 17-round steel magazines.
This RXX factory package includes a SIG Sauer ROMEO-X Compact red-dot optic installed. The slide is optic cut, and the rear sight has been removed to accommodate the optic. An XRAY3 steel front blade with a green ringed dot remains in place for clear daytime and low-light indexing.
Controls are straightforward, with a left-side magazine release and a flat-faced X-Series trigger. An accessory rail with four 1913-style slots offers mounting space for compatible lights or lasers as needed.
Provenance is law enforcement issued and later released as surplus to the civilian market. The pistol is a recent release, made in the United States, with a case label dated 14-MAY-2025. One included magazine shows witness holes to 17.
