The Taurus PT 99 AFS is the adjustable-sight variant of the PT92, finished in stainless and built on an aluminum alloy frame with a stainless steel barrel. This full-size 9mm features a 5 inch barrel, an open-top slide with a locking-block system, and a frame-mounted ambidextrous manual safety. Brazilian-made with Taurus International Miami import marks, it includes two 15-round magazines and smooth wooden grips with Taurus medallions.

The PT 99 AFS pairs a stainless finish with an aluminum alloy frame and a stainless steel 5 inch barrel. Its open-top slide, rear serrations, and matte top strip provide a distinctive profile and practical handling features. The spur hammer with serrations and standard left-side magazine release complement its DA/SA, hammer-fired, short-recoil locked-breech action.
As the adjustable-sight version of the PT92, this model uses a fully adjustable two-dot rear sight and a fixed front blade with a single dot. The frame-mounted ambidextrous manual safety is easy to access from either side, and the non-railed dust cover reflects the early-pattern frame design.
