The 28-inch barrel features fluting, a matte silver finish, a recessed crown, and is drilled and tapped. The barrel is rollmarked Rochester, New Hampshire, and the rifle includes two sling-swivel studs.
Sighting is handled by fiber-optic irons: a red front and an adjustable green rear. Two-piece Weaver-style scope bases are installed for mounting an optic if desired.
The black synthetic thumbhole stock and matching forend with molded checkering provide a steady hold. A rubber recoil pad and a 14.5-inch length of pull support comfortable shooting. The external hammer and single-shot break-action keep operation simple and reliable.
As part of the Encore modular platform, this receiver accepts interchangeable barrels, adding flexibility for future configurations. The rifle is finished in matte silver (barrel and receiver) with a full-size profile and a capacity of one round.
