This Browning Citori Special Trap Grade III is a 1997 Miroku-made over/under with classic Grade III scroll and game-scene engraving and a coin-silver receiver. It features 30-inch ported barrels with a ventilated target rib, Invector-Plus threading, and comes with IC and M chokes. The stock is gloss checkered walnut with a Monte Carlo profile and an adjustable comb unit installed, paired with a rubber recoil pad on spacer plates. It is chambered for 2 3/4-inch shells and includes a release-pull, single selective trigger.

The 30-inch barrels are ported and threaded for Invector-Plus chokes, set under a ventilated target rib with a mid-bead and a white front bead. It is chambered for 2 3/4-inch shells and has a 2-round capacity. This configuration is set up for controlled target work while retaining the proven Citori break-action design.
The receiver wears a coin-silver finish with factory scroll and game-scene engraving, with waterfowl on one side and upland birds on the other. Controls include a tang safety with barrel selector and a gold-colored, single selective trigger. A release-pull trigger system is installed.
The wood is gloss walnut with checkering, a pistol grip, and a Monte Carlo profile. An adjustable comb unit is installed, and the rubber recoil pad is mounted on spacer plates to fine-tune length of pull, which measures 14.0 inches. The forend is a long beavertail style in matching walnut.
Manufactured by Miroku in Japan, the serial code indicates NR = 1997 and U43 = 12-gauge Grade III Special Trap. Markings include BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q. – MADE IN JAPAN and INVECTOR-PLUS CITORI SPECIAL STEEL 12GA – 2 3/4. The adjustable comb appears to be an aftermarket addition relative to factory code conventions.
