This PSA PA-15 is a 5.56 NATO AR-15 pattern carbine with a 16-inch threaded barrel, a 1:7 twist, and direct-impingement operation. It features a flat-top upper with an integral Picatinny rail paired with a fixed A2 front sight base, plus an adjustable stock and Magpul polymer pistol grip. It comes with a detachable rear sight and one 30-round Magpul PMAG.

The PA-15 uses a 16-inch barrel marked "5.56 NATO 1/7" and a 1:7 twist to stabilize a wide range of 5.56/.223 projectiles. The barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2 birdcage flash suppressor.
The flat-top upper receiver provides an integral Picatinny rail, and this rifle retains the classic A2 front sight base with sling swivel and bayonet lug. A detachable rear sight is installed for a complete iron sight setup.
Furniture includes two-piece polymer carbine handguards retained by a delta ring, an adjustable polymer stock, and a Magpul polymer pistol grip. The receivers are aluminum alloy with a matte black finish.
The lower is marked "PA-15 MULTI" and "Palmetto State Armory West Columbia, SC." It accepts AR-15/STANAG pattern magazines and has a 30+1 capacity. Controls include a manual safety.
