MFG. 2025. This LCP is the original-pattern micro pistol configured in Ruger’s Desert Tan/FDE two-tone scheme, manufactured in Mayodan, North Carolina, USA. It is chambered in .380 ACP and offers a 6+1 capacity in an ultra-compact profile.
The slide is through-hardened steel with rear serrations, matched to an alloy steel 2.75 in barrel. The frame is glass-filled nylon with molded texturing and Ruger phoenix medallion panels, providing a secure, low-profile grip.
It is hammer-fired, double-action-only, with an internal/recessed hammer and no manual safety. Controls include a curved trigger without a trigger safety blade, a left-side push-button magazine release, a left-side takedown pin, and a left-side windowed serial plate.
Sights are fixed and integral: an integral ramp front and integral notch rear. The barrel uses conventional rifling with 6 grooves and a 1:16 RH twist. Overall length is 5.16 in, width 0.82 in, height 3.60 in, and unloaded weight 9.6 oz.
