The VP9 is a striker-fired, full-size 9mm with a 17+1 capacity and a reinforced polymer frame. Its MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny accessory rail supports weapon-mounted lights or lasers, and the slide wears a black finish with front and rear serrations for confident manipulation.
The 4.09 in barrel is cold hammer-forged steel with polygonal rifling and a 1:9.8 in right-hand twist. This robust barrel construction is designed for long service life and consistent performance.
Ergonomics are a highlight: the paddle-style ambidextrous magazine release and ambidextrous slide releases cater to both right- and left-handed users. The interchangeable grip system offers 27 combinations to fine-tune fit. A striker status indicator and lanyard hole add practical utility.
The factory optics-ready slide includes a cover plate and charging support tabs to aid racking. Sights are a high-visibility front dot paired with a plain black serrated rear for a clear sight picture. An external extractor is integrated into the slide.
