The C93 Sporter follows the HK33/93 pattern with a roller-delayed blowback action, a stamped sheet-steel receiver with a welded trunnion, and a fluted chamber. It accepts HK33/HK93 pattern magazines and features a right-side push-button magazine release for straightforward reloads.
Its 16.25 inch threaded barrel is fitted with a birdcage flash hider. Sighting is handled by a hooded front post and a rotating drum diopter rear, giving the rifle the familiar HK sight picture. The charging handle is positioned on the left side, and a folding carry handle sits over the cocking tube.
The rifle is built with durable polymer furniture, including a fixed black stock, polymer pistol grip, and a slim polymer forearm. Length of pull is 13.25 inches. A parkerized finish is applied to the receiver and metalwork, and a front sling loop is located at the front sight base.
U.S.-assembled with a U.S.-made receiver and barrel, this rifle measures approximately 36.5 inches overall and weighs about 8.2 lb. Capacity is 30+1 with standard HK33/HK93 pattern magazines, and three steel magazines are included.
