This Romanian-made Romarm/Cugir PSL 54 is a 7.62x54R semi-automatic rifle built on a stamped AK/RPK-pattern receiver and configured for designated-distance shooting. It features a 24.5 in barrel with a pinned multi-port muzzle brake, a left-side Warsaw-pattern optics rail, and classic wood furniture. It comes with a PSO/POSP-pattern side-mount telescopic sight and three 10-round PSL-pattern steel magazines.

The PSL 54 uses a stamped steel receiver with a riveted trunnion and an extended PSL top cover. It operates via a semi-automatic, long-stroke gas piston system with a rotating bolt, chambered in 7.62x54R. The receiver wears a matte black finish and displays crisp Century Arms import markings: "PSL 54 Cal. 7.62x54R mm, ROMARM/CUGIR — MADE IN ROMANIA — C.A.I. GEORGIA, VT."
The 24.5 in barrel is fitted with a pinned PSL multi-port muzzle brake to help manage recoil and muzzle movement. Sighting equipment includes iron sights with a hoodless front post on a two-ear tower and a rear tangent leaf graduated 1–10 (hundreds of meters). The left-side Warsaw-pattern optics rail mates with the included PSO/POSP-pattern side-mount optic. Batteries are not included with the optic.
Furniture is classic PSL: a wood thumbhole buttstock with a rubber buttplate and a skeletonized cut, plus a ventilated wood lower handguard and laminated upper handguard. Length of pull is 12.5 in, offering a compact, repeatable shoulder mount suitable for supported or field positions.
Feeding is via proprietary PSL-pattern 10-round magazines, with a maximum capacity of 10+1. Three steel magazines with X-stamped sides are included. The observed receiver serial matches the supplied serial. Country of origin is Romania.
