This Aero Precision M5 is a custom large-frame AR in .308 Win/7.62×51 built around an 18-inch, threaded barrel with a three-prong flash hider. It wears Aero’s ATLAS S-ONE free-float M-LOK handguard and a two-tone FDE/black finish, and is outfitted with a Radian Raptor-SD ambidextrous, ported charging handle and a B5 Systems Bravo collapsible stock. The rifle accepts SR-25/DPMS-pattern magazines and comes with two 25-round Lancer L7AWM mags.

Built on the Aero Precision M5 large-frame AR platform (DPMS/SR-25 pattern), this semi-automatic, direct-impingement rifle is chambered in .308 Win/7.62×51. It features an 18-inch barrel with a threaded muzzle and a three-prong flash hider, and is compatible with SR-25/DPMS-pattern magazines and components.
The FDE ATLAS S-ONE free-float M-LOK handguard offers short Picatinny segments at 12 o’clock front and rear with a reduced top section in the middle, providing mounting versatility while keeping weight and bulk down. The upper includes a case deflector and has no forward assist. No sights are installed.
Controls and furniture are thoughtfully upgraded, including the Radian Raptor-SD ambidextrous, ported charging handle for smooth, bilateral operation, and a B5 Systems Bravo collapsible stock in FDE with a QD sling socket. As configured, the length of pull is approximately 14.0 inches, paired with a black polymer AR-pattern pistol grip.
The receivers are 7075-T6 aluminum with a two-tone finish: an FDE upper and black anodized lower. Markings include Aero Precision Lakewood, WA on the Model M5 lower (Cal Multi) and Aero Precision, LLC Tacoma, WA on the handguard. The configuration delivers a 25+1 capacity and ships with two 25-round Lancer L7AWM magazines.
