The CR920 War Poet Elite is a micro-size 9mm from Shadow Systems with performance-focused details: a 3.41 in match-grade 416R stainless barrel with spiral flutes and black nitride, a 17-4 stainless slide with aggressive serrations and a lightening window, and a direct-to-slide interface for micro red dots. This example includes a mounted Holosun HS507K X2 red dot optic and a Streamlight TLR-7 Sub weapon light, plus 12+1 capacity with included magazines. Made in the United States and marked Plano, TX, it carries WAR POET branding on the slide.
Slide markings read CR920 with WAR POET branding, and the polymer frame is stippled for traction. Steel sights pair a green-dot front with a black rear notch. Controls include a left-side magazine release, single-side slide stop, and a flat-faced trigger with a red accent and trigger safety. An accessory rail on the dustcover supports the included TLR-7 Sub. The CR in CR920 stands for Covert Role, and the model was introduced in 2022.
The 17-4 stainless slide wears a durable black nitride finish and features front, rear, and top serrations for confident manipulation. The barrel’s spiral fluting and match-grade spec aim at consistent performance while keeping weight down. The slide is cut for optics and uses a direct-to-slide micro–red-dot interface, here outfitted with the HS507K X2.
